Need php/mysql specialist for small website project

I have a scrip that randomly generates NFL player names onto a page. You are presented with a trade involving two or three players and 5 options to grade the trade ranging from strongly left, slightly left, even, slightly right and strongly right sided. The database will send either one or two players on the right side of the trade each time the page is refreshed - you can see it here: [login to view URL] I have assigned numerical ID values to each player via a table in the database. I have assigned values for $playeronename, $playertwoname and $playerthreename that tie back to the numerical ID so that the names are displayed on the page and not the ID number. I have assigned values for each button: 3,4,5,6,7 and named them "strongleft","slightleft", "even", "slightright", and "slightleft". I want to pass back to the database the numerical values for each randomly generated player ID, as well as the numerical value for the button that was selected. I have a stored procedure that will run: CALL CreateRatingFromProposal(x,y,z,3) // 3 is the "Strongly Left Sided" button So, x,y,z would be the numerical IDs of the randomly generated players and the 3-7 numerical value would be the button that was selected. I haven't done PHP coding in a LONG time so I'm just looking for some guidance and someone to maybe show me exactly what to do, or just do it and then explain what you did. I will give access to the database and website files once hired. It shouldn't take someone skilled more than a couple of hours to get this working,. I'd also just like whoever it is to just take a look at the php code I already have in place and let me know if there is a better or more efficient way of doing what we're trying to accomplish. This will only take a few hours max
