Need two interactive maps for my site

Hello. As the project name says, I need two interactive maps for my site. #1) Host an Event Map 1. There is a google world map where all events have their own markers. 2. Anyone will be allowed to host/schedule an event. 3. Once a user clicks "Host an Event", there will be a pop-up form where a user can specify the information and pass a re-captcha. 4. After that, the map interface will be upated automatically. An added marker will be at the location of the new event. 5. Users will be able to click "checked in/register" button for an event if they want to participate. #2) Lights in the World Map 1. Again, there will be a world map. 2. There will be a marker for each user who are actively on the website based on their IP and each user who have checked-in on an event. 3. Aside from the marker on the map, there will also be a counter above the map. It is the number of all the people actively on the website and participating on all events.
