Ongoing Work on an October CMS Website

Hi guys, We are a chasing a skilled developer for ongoing edits and fixes on our website [login to view URL] which has been built on OctoberCMS. There are a number of urgent fixes we need right away as well as some upcoming improvements and additions to our website. We will only be considering developers who are: 1. Located in AUSTRALIA and are available during business hours. 2. Available via phone for calls (we promise not call too often, some tasks are better discussed in person than only via email) 3. Have solid expertise in OctoberCMS and all related code languages 4. Able to meet strict (but reasonable) deadlines 5. Have good attention to detail and communication skills One of the first jobs we will have you work on are fixing some errors: - Contact Us form error message - Safari/Explorer update - in Build Your Trailer when a customer selects to build Explorer trailer, upon completion of their quote on the Your Trailer page, it comes up as Safari. Please change to Explorer. - Range page speed - upon selecting either trailer in Range page the top video is very slow to load, can you look into why. One of the urgent new jobs we have had 2 other developers work on but is not yet complete is to sync new quotes through to Hubspot and trigger and email via outlook. The tasks we have identified are: 1. Split the quote form Name field into First Name and Surname. 2. Add the customer email address to the reply-to header of the new quote email notification sent from the website to your admin email so you can reply directly to the customer instead of no-reply@[login to view URL] [login to view URL] the site to send email notifications to our Sales Manager's email address in addition to the Administrator email address. 4. Set up a rule on Outlook to automatically move new quote emails from the Sales Manager's inbox to a sub-folder (called 'Website Quotes') 5. Set up a rule on Outlook to automatically reply to that new quote email with a generic response. 6. Sync Name, Email and Phone to Hubspot as a Lead and; set the company as 'Trackabout', the Lead Source as 'Website Quote' and the status as 'New'. 7. We will need to make sure the contact is synced to Hubspot as a lead BEFORE the auto-reply is sent so that the email is linked in the activity feed properly. Some tasks have been completed, but we're not sure how many and to what standard. Other planned changes: 1. If a customer selects the Water Tank Additional 85lt - the system automatically adds a second Lockable filler cap to their quote. 2. Add an image to the Bedside 12 V Socket. 3. Delete the Folding Bed Head as an option for the Explorer - only applicable to Extenda. 4. If Explorer is selected as main trailer option - automatically change options to 1 x Fan. 5. When a customer selects the tent type - it automatically puts as an option the correct Full annexe enclosure package. 6. Change image on news and events page. The above are meant as examples. We will explain these in more depth with screenshots etc and provide all necessary resources.
