OnlyTopSites PHP code fix

After a server migration, my site is having issues playing with new versions of PHP and possibly mysql. I require an individual to make necessary updates to the code. Should be minor, as this did occur once in the past and the fix was completed quickly. I also require that notes of changes be written down (such as file names and code changes made in that file) so that I can follow them when I migrate a similar site. This way I can have a better understanding of what the issues are as I work with this script. The site is [login to view URL] some of the lists will show up properly, while others get a "Failed run runmode" or an "Error on execute". All category links, on the front page, also give these type of errors when clicked on. See jpg as an example. I look forward to finding a good freelancer to work with, as I do have other projects which require the updating of old code.
