OpenCart Authorize.net SMTP Redirect Error

We are having an issue with the [login to view URL] confirmation response while we have SMTP enabled on our opencart store. Somehow it is not returning a "1" value, which redirects the customers to the success page on Checkout, which is causing customers to place duplicate orders.

Hello, May be the tool not process email with smtp or you site make error while it not work with smtp
