Development of software for a simple parking access system based in license plate recognition. The work is for a final degree project and I need all the source code.
1. Development of graphic interface with this characteristics:
- Creation of an editable database for registration of users and their license plates.
- Development of software for a simple parking access system.
- Simple interface with the historic of the transits at the entrance and exit to the car park, and the states of the barriers in real time (Opened, Closed, Vehicle present)
2.- Integration with license plate reader (For example Axis camera or similiar) with an open source software o license plate (OpenALPR or similar)
3.-Software development in Raspberry PI:
- Receive the signal of vehicle present to send a trigger for read the plate
- Receive the capture from the license plate reader.
- If the license plate received by the license plate reader is in the database, it will activate an output to open the parking barrier and register the movement in our grafic interface
4. Create a very basic app for the mobile, where the customer can edit the license plate with which he can access the car park
Programming environments:
The software to control the signals, capture the license plate with the readers an open the barrier have run on the raspberry PI (Linux), with the aim of minimizing the hardware in the parking
The graphical interface and the database can be hosted in the cloud accessing from a web page and the client, from his mobile app can change their registration of this database.
