pass a parameter to the next page with php

I have done all the work I just need you to trouble shoot passing one variable that I cannot seem to pass. I can GET the variable from the original URL and I even store it into a database table currently and it all INSERTS properly from the form submit. However, when I try to pass the variable 'click_hash' to the next page it doesn't show up in the click_hash= parameter. I am creating a php variable that selects the click hash for the users IP address that was used to submit the form. For some reason I cannot get the click hash to show up. All I need is for you to troubleshoot what I've done and make it so click hash shows up on the second page. I won't pay more than $10 for this job. It will be very quick.
