Performance tuning pro wanted on TTFB tuning of php on apache2, nginx proxy on plesk

We search for a performance in depth professional, wo is able to tune a production environment regarding php execution. We need a pro, who can - measure the current situation in terms of performance values on the server side - tweak the current configuration - reruns the measurement on the server side to identify the issues - we can measure internationally via servers distributed worldwide, also we can measure locally in the LAN The problem Irregularly we have very long TTFBs for the first package of a website. (sometimes only few 100ms sometimes multiple seconds up to in worst case 10s) we use mostly CMSes like wordpress, joomla and so on. The very first package takes ages in our case (sometimes multiple seconds) to deliver to the client We need the optimization of the very first http request/response of opening the website What we do NOT need is a simple sys admin, who installs some components and tries to find the issue by trial and error installations. You are the wrong person if you think you - simply need to check free storage - check ram usage - check cpu usage - check iops usage - restarting services - switching the hosting provider (we own the servers and the infrastructure) - compressing better the images (already done and does not help here) - enabling gzip compression (already done, and the transmission of the first package is about 70% smaller, but TTFB still very slow) - installing a CDN (already done and does not solve TTFB of the first package) - checking the slow query log (no slow queries! with long_query_time = 1) - checking gtmetrix and pagespeed and tuning the issues there (see screenshot [login to view URL] ) Such basic check are already done and also our monitoring is checking many of them => we need the optimization of the very first http request/response of opening the website We will ask you in depth questions about the measuring in the qualification.
