PHP Affiliate Management Script

We have a subscription website and looking for someone to create a comission tracking script. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE NOT DONE SOMETHING LIKE THIS BEFORE AND CAN'T SHOW EXAMPLES. Other examples: [login to view URL] Here are our requirements: 1. we can create a referral program related to our subscription website (either on time or re-occurring commission) 2. users join and start marketing their unique link 3. as customers sign up from their link, we show them how much they made in commission 4. We keep track of how much we owe each month and send money either manually or it will get automatically dedicated from our paypal automatically and will send the user a commission and an email that payment was sent to them. 5. We need to be able to run report by user and as a whole of these: 1. How much traffic each link generated (by date, week and month) 2. How much money each person made (by date, week and month) 4. How many affiliates joined and who we need to approve/disapprove (notifications are sent if they are approved or disapproved) Total pages to build is about 6- 10. This is a 2-3 weeks job and we want to invest $200 for the code. Looking for: 1 Bootstrap design (we will send you temple) 2. You will need to design HTML 3. You will need to test against our website 4. You will need to make sure the product is production ready 5. We want to write it in a way where we can use the same code for any future websites we build.
