PHP - Codeignitor - Bank Transfer using API - Documentation provided

I have signup with [login to view URL] I need someone to implement the bank transfer either using the example code here [login to view URL] OR start from basics with the API [login to view URL] Attached is an example of how the screen will look. I will provide the sandbox keys and the FTP details where the code should work. I do not have HTML, you can create the HTML as per the screenshot. The code should work and the transaction should be displayed in the sandbox account of the bank transfer.
