I currently have my own Linux host with an HTML based website.
All I need is a simple code for a mailing list that visitors could type their full name, e-mail address, agree to terms and submit.
Once they hit submit, their data is to be saved to a database (MySQL I assume), and I should have an admin log-in area (even if it's plain with simple text boxes and a button) to write an e-mail template and send it automatically to all the registered users.
Don't worry about design, as I will take the source code and incorporate it to my current website.
I just need the HTML code, and the Database setup + link and functionality.
THIS IS NEEDED WITHIN THE NEXT FEW HOURS, NO LATER THAN TODAY.
