Prestashop store changes - 18/07/2016 14:01 EDT - open to bidding

Please reflect the following changes:
A. disable mouse right click on all store pages for security purposes
B. reflect the invoice changes below to native prestashop invoice:
1. change invoice to landscape (already done in our invoice)
2. move billing and delivery addresses to be next to logo (already moved in in our invoice but need proper referencing to appear)... format so that it hides 'N/A' appears as follows:
firstname lastname
address lines 1& 2
city, state,
country, zip/postal code
telephone
3. header top right: list invoice info: invoice reference, shop-specific invoice number {multi-store layout}, date time (mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm am/pm) (already moved in in our invoice but need proper referencing to appear)
4. update products list to add thin borders around product table rows & columns, and show product MSRP (unit price before order discounts) when discount is added to order... now it shows '--'
5. hide taxes block, and place payment method block directly under products list/table
6. add payment date next to payment method {date - method}, and add amount due at bottom of payment method block to be invoice total-(total of payments made)
7. move total block to be directly under products list/table and if shipping cost is 'Free Shipping' then hide 'Shipping Cost' and 'Total (Tax excl.)' lines.
8. add html code below to be placed at end of invoice
9. add page numbers at footer bottom right corner showing page # our of total pages (i.e. 2/3)
10. Set invoice name when opening/saving invoice from orders list or from inside order details to be '{Customer's Lastname}_{invoice date time (yy/mm/dd_hh_mm}' (for example: 'Smith_2016/07/[url removed, login to view]'... also make it to open in browser and not forced to save.
