Hi. I checked Google Sheets, or at least one of them, because the other wasn't viewable. While I don't know if the process would be 100% automated or partially automated, I would surely attempt full automation and see if it's achievable. Theoretically, it is, practically a lot depends on how Google allows software to access Google Sheets and make changes there - it should allow it. I think they have an API for such things, I'm a creative coder and hence do not memorize APIs, but I know how to find all I need very quickly. 3 days delivery is maximum, can happen in 2 days as well - let me know.

I could write a php script that uses selenium headless chrome browser to do all of these steps automatically. 1) Create a new document ; 2) Copy and paste the template in ; 3) Load in the raw data to a new page (generate the page from same server script is located at) ; 4) Copy and import the data using javascript generated in the php script ; 5) Covert the page to different formats, using google docs, download them, store them in the folders on the server ; 6) Send the docs to email using the php ; Your server would have to be able to install headless google chrome, so this would work in almost any hosting package that is not only shared hosting

Hello, I've read your job description, and I'm certain that all can be done. Some implementation details would need to be discussed first. There are two ways to detect changes to google drive and your spreadsheet, * the real time - when you create a sheet or save one, google will send message to your website, so website's script would react to changes. * scheduled - the website needs to connect to google drive/sheet periodically and look for changes if detected proceed further. The real time way requires domain with enabled ssl. 1. Do you have domain with ssl enabled on your server? About template for pdf, It will need to have placeholders for each column in the place of column's data. This way you will have ability to style a pdf content. I think there would be also needed column with for instance checkbox, that would indicate that whole row is filled up correctly and ready for generating pdf and sending in email as attachement.
