Quick CSS Fix for Click Mag Wordpress Template

We are running a wordpress theme called "click mag" and we need some of the template built in icons to be removed and subscribe button moved over a bit.

Tasks to Do
Remove only "my account & shopping cart icons" from template in top right + take "Subscribe" link and put it to the left of icons and change to "Subscribe Here" (see images)
Also please fix the subscribe button. Lightbox popup to Mailchimp sign up form when link is clicked. This used to work, but no longer does. So the code is in place, it just seems like the javascript is being blocked.
Current Performance optimizations/Caching that we have enabled so that you know:
Right now we have w3 total cache working with nginx working with cloudflare for caching + memecache. We just worked very hard on getting gtmetrix page speed up. So work in an optimized fashion.
This is a quick an simple project and I'm expecting a low bid rate.
If you prove to be a worthy all around wordpress/developer/webmaster. I will have plenty of daily work for you going forward as we are a growing business with many tweaks ahead.
