Quick Custom CSS Fix for OpenCart Theme

I have just launched my new customized theme on my website [login to view URL] that I have been working on for quite some time. I do, however, need one last edit with my header. In the header on the right where it says "Chat Online" and "Need help with Atlanta Banners?"... I would like this section replaced with something like the photo I have attached. I need it to be replaced with "GIVE US A CALL" and our phone number. The phone number needs to have a drop shadow. This can be a custom stylesheet code or a graphic. Whatever it needs to be in order for it to sit in this exact aligned position, and for it to be mobile friendly as well. Ideally, the phone number should be clickable on mobile to make a phone call.
