Real estate data scraping and submission software

Our company EbuyHouse ([login to view URL]) needs a stand alone software deliverable that will scrape ALL information off of real estate sites (at least the top 3) and allow us to put in certain parameters (like ONLY For Sale By Owner listings or certain zip codes or certain counties) and then log on to our site and submit these listings on to our site.
It is very important that the scraped data is accurate and that we get the information of the owner or person that listed the property.
We have hundreds of proxies that we use for social media. We are aware will we need proxies for this software.
