SAP CRM FUNCTIONAL PROJECT

• Two End to End Life Cycle Implementations on Sap CRM 7.0 and one support project. • Has in-depth business and industry knowledge in CRM processes related to Marketing, Sales and Service. • Adept in all phases of project development, from concept through realization. • Configure and Setting up the CRM Dev system to meet the requirement • Well versed in customizing and configuring the basic functions like Master data, Base customization, Organizational data determination, Partner processing, Transaction processing, Text determination, Date management, Status profiles and Action profiles. • Responsible for FS to map the requirement based on Business Blueprint. Functional Design includes Enhancement and Interfaces • Exposure to Middleware setup and configuration, Bdoc monitoring, scheduling jobs, creating adapter objects filters and error analysis • Ensuring proper Transport of Configuration and Developments to the Testing system. • Attending team meeting to provide status on the progress and delivering the processes to the client within the timeframe • New requirement analysis and its implementation after the change request document • Exposure to Ticket management tools, have successfully resolved many incidents by the users. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to facilitate business and technical discussions and to document solutions
