Catch 2 variables of the url in the php file, in the php file is a form with two input fields email and password, send this 4 variables by the action of the form. The action has to make this: if in a path doesnt exist a html file create it, if it exist continue with the code if this html file has < 10 records save the new data "email and pass" else >= 10 don´t save new data to finish redirect to another web
