Dear Employer, 1) What's the avg. traffic on your site. 2) What's the read write ratio on your database. 3) You have taken the good config server no doubt, but the fact is instead of putting all eggs in one bucket i would recommend load balancing structure as its highly recommended to setup load balancing structure for heavy traffic websites, instead of putting putting load on single server. The reason is every server or OS has its own limitations, beyond that you cant optimized them and put load on single server.
