Simple Book Club using PHP

Here is what I want ... A simple website to record books and members in a reading club with some simple features as detailed below. This is a prototype for a client I want to attract. This is to be built without any framework using the following technologies: PHP, MySQL, HTML, and CSS. Brief: Members are able to create a profile (register as new members), and then login to do the following:
 • Record a book they will read (Name of book, members who will read, and who wins first or finished the books first) • View their past books that they finished first (won) • View all books they read (won or lost) • Search for a certain book The user also should see the following in his/her dashboard (These info are updated by the admin and or generated automatically):
 • Most popular book • Top winners (fastest readers) of the month • The Admin (Manager) should also have the same features as the player, but with the following added roles: • Ability to manage members and books (Add/delete members or books, Add members to a certain book..etc) • View most read books, and winning readers and be able to make them show on the dashboard of all users • View Basic Stats, like (number of books every user read per day, percentage of winning for each user from overall read books) I have the PSDs done and ready.. This is not a complicated design whatsoever.. no colors, no images... nothing, only buttons, tables, and text. I will share this with the person I choose. Thanks
