Hi, freelancers. I need a Twilio expert who can complete my project from scratch. My project includes some difficult things in Twilio usage. Here is a basic requirement. -------------------------------------------- Twilio Call receive: Accept for inbound call. mySQL database match: Complete a number lookup with mySQL database If there is a match, then play audio file that matches name (ie. "Hello Bob") If no match play audio file and allow dial-pad ("No Match - enter code") - Match user_id from dial-pad, if no match then ask for entry again. Audio File playback & listening If match - Play audio recording and await for caller's voice response - when caller stops talking for 3 seconds (silence), then play next audio recording. - Ask all questions as per database. Where caller says 'no' (or similar... nah, nope, nup) then play an alternative audio file. Save transcript and audio record, if user presses '1' then replay audio file again. Note: Don't play any beeps after the audio recording is played. Audio files will be provided for project. Please include '#response' in your proposal so I know you have read this project description. Requirements: PHP, mySQL ----------------------------------------------- If you have confidence, please put the way into your bid sentence how to detect clicked numbers in php when users click the number on dial-pad. I will hire only a Twilio Expert. ---------------------------------------------- Max budget is $500. Happy Bid!

Hi #response, The requirements look quite clear and straightforward to implement so no questions at the moment. Twilio provides several twiml verbs for each of these operations which we can utilize using its API. Digits for instance can be collected with twiml verb Gather. Upon collection twilio sends it to a certain endpoint, your php endpoint in this case. Anyway, I expect this to be ready in 6 days at most starting right after you deliver the audio files and possibly schema of your database. I am planning to use php7.2 so if you have a specific version you want me to target just let me know please, thanks. Its a good twilio project and you really need a twilio expert because the major part of this project is play audio after user voice response or without any response. Matching dial number is not a big task twilio provided "Gather" verb to get the dial keys. If you are consider me then we can further discuss about project cost and deadline.
