Some finishing touches and some MySQL work

I have a website that is 97% complete. It is a holiday villa / hotel website. There are a few bits I need some help with. I am an experienced web & MySQL developer, however, I need help with a few 2 dimensional / perhaps 3 dimensional queries etc. The main bit that needs building is a rates table that gets data from the DB and bulds a price for the total vacation based on nightly rates vs season rates vs discount option rates and so on. Ideally I want to end up with a rates table where the visitor enters simply their Arrive / Depart dates and your wonderful rates calculator will do the rest and calculate the total stay. I have some existing php code that is using old deprecated (MySQL vs MySQLi based queries) so I'd like some help updating some of that code too. Other than that, I'd appreciate someone with good CSS experience as there may be one or two responsive layout bugs i'd like help with.
