(e-)Sports Match Betting Website

Hello everyone. I need Sports Match Betting Website (backend & frontend), which I will use for E-Sports match betting but that's basically the same, just instead of real-life games like football, basketball, etc... my website will provide betting for e-sport games like Dota 2, CSGO, LoL, etc... (google for esports if you are unfamiliar with it). So, I need both backend and frontend development, website will be made from nothing. I'll do the graphics design like logo, banners, etc... but website design should be made by you. My website must have: - Steam OpenID Account System (powered by Steam OpenID API) I'll provide you Steam OpenID API which you will use in order to make very good login system. [login to view URL] - Powerful Admin Panel I won't type much about it. I need as many functions as possible. Match adding, game adding, accounts managment, deposit and withdraw methods, etc... Administrator should also be able to define coins rate, for example: 1$ equals to 100 coins, or 1$ equals to 1 coin, or 10, or whatever administration defines. - Powerful Deposit and Withdraw System Users should be allowed to choose from various payment methods. Bitcoin, Paysafecard, CS:GO virtual skins, etc... Same for withdraw. - Coin System Users will use Coins to bet. So, they will choose their favourite deposit method in order to get coins. They should also be able to send and receive coins to or from other users, etc... - Public Chat System Website should allow all logged-in users to use public chat system. Chat must have Chat Bots to send defined message every X seconds,minutes,hours or whatever we choose. Chat should also have Chat Ranks, like Partner, Moderator, Administrator, Owner, etc... Chat should also have stickers, bad words filters, mute and ban option for website staff, etc... - Powerful Affiliate System If *user 2* login to the site for the first time from the *user 1's* affiliate url, *user 1* will receive defined amount of coins on the webiste + defined percentage of *user 2's* bet's. *user 2* will also receive a small bonus for coming to the site from a affiliate. Affiliate System should also have some sort of levels. In order to levelup, you need to bring defined number of people to website. For example, 10 people = lvl1, 25 people = lvl2, 50 people = lvl3, etc... Administrator of the website will define affiliate percentages for every level. So, level 2 affiliators will receive 20% of user's bets, lvl 3 affiliators will receive 30% of their user's bets, etc... - and many more... these are just the main functions I will be needing, we will talk about the rest of them, these are what I can imagine right now. If you think you have enough experience to develop this website, defined payment methods, and everything else I defined, feel free to apply for this job. Ignore the budget thing, I'm willing to pay way more for the good development if needed.
