he system will be one-page application, form where the user can submit the data to database. The purpose the system is for submitting for digitally form mobile devices, Tablet, iPad Computer or Laptop etc. Which will help the user to conduct the work in less duration of the time. Every time when the user summit the form the relevant data will store in the MySQL database through the application. Conducting of the work in less time duration will reduce the work load. 2 Constraints of the Project. The following are the constraints of the project. • The application must be built on PHP methodology. • The application must be implemented in PHP Laravel framework. • MySQL database will be used to store the data. • Use bootstrap 3 3 Functional/User Requirement The following are the user Requirement of the project. • User can enter all the relevant details in the form and submit. • After submitting the form, the relevant details of the use must be store in the MySQL database. • The application must be fully responsive. • After the submission of the form the confirmation page must be popup. • The client name and client address must be selected form client table from database. If one client is selected, the address from same client must auto selected in the field.
