SugarCRM CE Custom Module

I have a SugarCE working locally and need to create a custom 'Audit Trail' module for my Case Module that saves all the changes happening in a case. Sugar has provided a 'Change Log' module but, wasn't approved by my panels, and requires me to create my own Audit with the table containing (also, sample logs) : Name (User)    |    Comments     |      Date and Time    User 1                 Forwarded to    User 2                               Test to Restart Router                               Reset Connection                               Plug off/on Main CableLine Forwarded to   User 3                                                 Reset Connection to LocalHQ                              Forwarded to   User 4                Change of Main CableLine Accomplished Basically, It shows all the old and new values of per field changed to whoever the user assigned to the case given, and the current timestamp the value was changed. Would give out better details if this get you interested! Also, We can talk bout the budget, since UPWork requires me to put something in it. Thank you!
