Plan to utilize Node.js for backend and MongoDB for database. Will use React framework for front end UI. Plan to have light and simple app, with admin page to add an “event”, that will generate a code for other users at the same event to enter, and then all clicks are tallied up and stored on the DB.

Hi, I am not going to start like all the other freelancers that you will see above and below my bid. I will tell you how this will be done. I will create a server where you will be able to see all the Tally events and their counts from mySQL database on server. I will also create a mobile app where you will be able to see a list of all the ongoing countings and you will also be able to join a new counting. It will be optimized so the app does not send too many requests or also all requests are not sent too frequently so that even if there are a 100 people running the counting at the same time it will be supported. That's my plan, no generic proposal. I normally would have charged a much higher rate but I need to build my reputation here and my portfolio so I am going to charge just as low as its possible for me. Doing it properly will take its time and will cost enough so I am not going to undercut all other freelancers here by bidding too low and then playing tricks, and I can promise you the highest quality in communication and in my work.
