Transfer of whatsapp messages to a webservice

I have a website to issue motor insurance online, based on the statistics, the majority of prospects leave this site whenever they reach the page requesting to upload the national id, the car registration… I am planning to have a dedicated mobile number on which we can run whatsapp from a desktop (with the application required) so we can ask the prospect to send the photos through whatsapp to this number. Whenever the system receives photos through whatsapp it will send the message (photo...) with the sender mobile number to a web service to automatically upload the photos on the site in order to continue the process. What is required is to have a module that represents Whatsapp desktop this module should send whatever it is receiving (Text, photo, video) as a web service to the application. In case we can get from the web service an answer we can sent it back as text message to the customer it would be an excellent addon. The usage of this module is to send back a message like "Thank you for the documents will check and get back to you" or "This number is not identified please use the mobile number you mentioned in the application"… The approach is to use one of the published desktop WhatsApp application on GitHub as base of this development if required.
