Virtual Sunglasses ‘Try On’ Javascript Application

Seeking the development of a virtual trying on application for sunglasses that allows the users to upload a photo of themselves, select a pair of sunglasses from our inventory (supplied by a API script feed (images and skus) provided by us, and view a representation of how the sunglasses could look on them. The application should be created using open source javascript (JQuery preferred) libraries and can make use of HTML5 canvas as its visual space. The application should be able to populate a div/canvas with the uploaded image, negating the need to host the user’s file on a web server. Preferred it also be stored as a cookie so that the user can reuse the photo when returning to the site or another page that has the same application running on it. We prefer photo uploads and not via a web cam. Preferably, the application should be responsive but can add a minimum size attribute so that it isn’t make too small in a browser and distort the users experience. The user should be able to come to the detail page of one of our sites, click a button that triggers a file selector. Then the file is selected, the canvas (or empty div background) should have the image data (readAsDataURL) fill area and then be able to select a pair of sunglasses that will be placed over the user. Some adjustments should be able to be made on the sunglass layer so it lines up over their face or allowing the user to resize their image to match a preposition set of dots to match their eyes up to the size of the sunglasses accurately. The selections available should be a bar (preferable below the image) but allow for one or more images to be slid across and a selection to be made. This application must be created using all open source libraries and be allowed to be used on all our various sites without licensing issues. In addition, once the project application is paid for and released, we would wholly own the application’s source code and we ask that our application not be sold to other applications in our industry space.
