1. Overview
•This is the web application.
•Admin can send email & SMS through this online platform.
•This system is mainly used for inviting people to an event, and get the response (Attend the event or not. So called RSVP).
•Admin can edit the email content in this admin panel without HTML knowledge( if they have HTML knowledge, they can edit HTML directly)
•Admin can upload the email header picture and foot picture.
•Admin can personalize the email based on the contact list.(For example, “Dear {name}” —> Dear John)
•Email subject, email sender name, email sender email address, sender email, cc, bcc
•For invitation of event, admin can add the ACCEPT and DECLINE button.
Each button has unique links. Admin can track who click Accept/Decline.
•once Accept button is clicked, it redirect to the webpage for accepted guest.
This webpage also can be customized on the admin panel.
•On this page for accepted guest, admin can add the simple form. The form question and answer option can be customized on admin dashboard.
•The form answer can be seen on the database on the admin dashboard.
•This form can be removed if not necessary.
•after the form filled up, thank you page will be shown. This page also can be customized on admin dashboard.
•after thank you page, auto confirmation email will be sent. Admin can embed the QR code on the confirmation email. QR code is generated from the remarks information.
We can add the html code like this. Then admin can send the unique QR code.

•if Decline button is clicked, it redirect to page for declined guest. This page can be customized.
•SMS also works same way as Email.
•Admin can edit SMS content, as well as SMS sender name.
•Admin can upload the contact list including name, email, mobile number, company name, business title, and remarks1, remarks2.
•For the invitation SMS, 2 links are added. One is “accept” link, another is “Declined link”.
•Admin can quickly send the reminder Email /SMS to only those who have not responded. The content can be edited on the admin dashboard.
•Admin can also quickly send another type of reminder to only those who have accepted.
•For the summary, there are 7 types of Email/SMS can be sent from this system. The content can be customized.
1) Invitation Email/SMS
2) Confirmation Email/SMS
3) Declined Email/SMS
4) Reminder Email/SMS for those who haven't responded
5) Reminder Email/SMS for those who accepted
6) Thank Email/SMS for those who accepted after event.
7) Custom Email/SMS for selected people.
•"Super" admin has own panel. Super admin can create new admin account. Super admin can setup the ID and Password for admin. Super admin can delete the account on the super admin panel.
•We can provide simple mockup design. It is simple designed UI. Just simply using table/bootstrap design.
•Virtual Private Server(GoDaddy)/ domain are provided.
