Web Developer With Audio Processing Knowledge To Make A Report Then Develop

Important - You MUST have good knowledge of audio processing on web servers and the knowledge of libraries such as ffmpeg. THIS IS A 2 STAGE TASK I have a project that requires completion. The first stage is a micro-project to spend just a few hours to evaluate and report on the existing code and structure with a view to determining if you can conclude the project. The second stage is to estimate the time and cost to conclude the development and for us to fix a detailed plan with milestones. You will need to be able to review the code structure on the existing site and produce a short report on: 1. Whether you understand and have experience in the processes used 2. Whether you can modify the code to make it work so we can take the project to field trial. 3. Estimate in both time an cost to conclude the project.
