I have developed a similar application last month for one of my clients. He is using it every day to get new pages in the UK. Currently, there is no option to search page within a location range. we have to first search pages by keyword then filter the results by location and description keyword match. So you have to provide a list of keywords to search the pages. If you want i can send you a list of sample keywords that my other client use to extract UK pages. Let me know if you are interested.
