● All the participating hotels share their ‘Total number of occupied room nights’ (Occupied) and Total Revenue (Revenue) on weekly basis (for six months including current month) to one hotel (Hotel A) ● Hotel A compiles figures and share with the participating hotels ● Market share and ‘available’ room nights change based on number of days per month. ● All other data (except ‘Occupied’, Revenue’) are calculated automatically Proposed Website features: ● Master Admin to have full rights ○ To create secondary admins – up to two ○ To remove a hotel ○ Reset password ○ Send invitations to hotels (once a link is sent, to create hotel profile – details given) ○ To upload back dated data – since 2009 (excel format) ● Master Admin to have full rights ○ To create secondary admins – up to two ○ To remove a hotel ○ Reset password ○ Send invitations to Hotels (once a link is sent, to create Hotel profile – details given) ○ To upload back dated data – since 2009 (excel format) Additional features ● An automatic reminder email to be sent to the two email addresses on every Sunday and Monday to submit figures ● No hotel will be able to enter figures after 23:59hrs on Monday – only Admins can enter these Reports (all reports are for 6 months by default OR can choose a specific month): All the reports will show figures against their own hotel vs average of other hotels (aka benchmark) 1) Compare current week vs last week 2) Compare specific two date bands (eg: this week vs 4 weeks back etc etc) – the displayed dates would be just the dates of figures (eg: 4th February 2017 Monday etc) 3) Compare pick-up trend from a specific date band for a specific month: Eg: a Hotels wants to see a six months pick-up trend for December 2018. 4) To be able to generate graphs - samples will be provided 5) Pick-up pace a. To be able to see six months Occ% and ADR progressing against benchmark - two specific years 6) Generate month end report a. Report that shows closing figures of a past month/s vs same month previous year
