WHM/CPanel server down issue

Hi, I don`t know what is wrong with my server, it have whm/cpanel install and it goes down again & again, even there`s no traffic. I need someone expert who can find the issue & fixed it. Server is very power, this issue is not from hosting side. Also, we have 1 website, that do not have any traffic at the moment. I don`t want to lost anything from our website files, expert must know how to fix it. 10$ i have for this job and it must be done within 2 hours. 10$ is enough price for this fix.
