wordpress site - open to bidding

Hi, I am the owner of a webdesign and webhosting company located in Iceland. I outsource most of the work. recently I outsourced a job to a freelancer but he is not doing the job. the job is about updating an existing website to a wordpress site. I have already setup wp and purchased a theme. the theme needs adjustment and content insertion. If job is done well, I do have other projects as well, and I am looking for a good freelancer for long term work. Owner wants different colors for thoose categories, and different logo if possible. Owner likes the page barnaspitali. is which is a wordpress theme, [login to view URL] is this a problem? at what price are you willing to do this, to make site look very good with theme´s features? They also need some online contact forms, sent to their emails, with spam protections. The forms are 7, with the following fields: 19 fields 3 fields 3 fields 61 fields 25 fields 6 fields 24 fields I do have images, logos etc...
