Wordpress theme and plugins custimization

Hello, We are looking for a great php (wordpress coder / team) with strong foundations in, writing clean up-to-date Code, Optimization for Website Speed, intuitive front-end css and html design skills, and Plugin knowledge to update & manipulate if needed . Create a Child theme and adjust files to show our company name, and info. (whatwpthemeisthat.com- shows our name and image not the theme author) Add a price filter & filters based on post views, likes, new post, tags (tags : that we can add after and be filterable later.) (I have an image.) Customize ubermenu to look like the current menu and other minor changes in the header. (i have images) Allow a header image / or revolution slider above all categories (make it optional for us to activate or not.) (i have images) Add additional (adsense, js ,html) ad space to our code. We currently have 5 field. or allow us to choose multiple locations where it will show, also integrate a simple image uploader for banners, and schedules allowing us to input photos or ads to at least 3 in advance . ( we can discuss further, not something we Desperately need at this point) (maybe if done correctly.) A all in 1 ( login, signup, tour, & newsletter sign up) popup , when user arrive on the site it pops-up, and if they click later the button on the header to sign up or log in it also pops up. (I have images.) our current category-tree : main category-> subcategory, we would like to have Main category-> subcategory-> sub-subcategory. it doesnt show correctly on the front end. (more info later) Customize a map plugin to work properly on our site, it works now but needs some minor customization. Also update and customize a search plugin that works great now, but i would like to pull in additional information just one ( the price).( i have [login to view URL] plugin info.) cut the fat, and make this site fly, test on gtmetrix & pingdom fix any issues and get the best score possible. while maintaining the sites user functionality.
