Write some Software

I seek someone to write a very simple blog code that doesn't require but few pages so it will process quickly in extremely slow internet speed environment, and using the BBC (Bulletin Board Code) i.e. [img] image links here [/img], [B] Bold Text here [/b], [url=[login to view URL]]Website Address[/url]. If you are going to consider or suggest me to use WordPress then please do not bid for this project because WordPress has been tested and FAILED so I will absolutely NOT even consider using WordPress. They do NOT work well with BBC (even their own Plugin have too many bugs it doesn't work well). They are too huge making it impossible to process with 56K (not MBPS) speed. Remember, KISS (Keep It Sweet & Simple). Situation: Leaving in June or July 2016 to travel through North America and South America on backroad (avoiding Metropolitan cities in all countries unless maintenance parts is needed). 70% of the time, I will be in the area that doesn't have lightning fast internet especially in Central/South America so your blog script should work quickly on a slow speed internet. I'd like to write Day 1, Day 2, Day 3, etc in each country I am traveling through and post a lot of photos. Maybe few video (uploaded to YouTube and embedded on blog). I'd like to be able to keep track of expenses too. I used to write code but it has been 12 years so I am rusty here but I still have basic understanding and can do a little work, but still too rusty. But I have pretty good HTML skill I am perfectly capable of writing HTML. Backend: -Ability to create category for each country and blogging under that category. For each category, option to add photo. -Ability to create category and sub-category for stat (maintenance cost, fuel cost, etc) and add/subtract. -Write blog and submit. Ability to insert BBC in blog using javascript that's common among message board such as vBulletin. -Ability to add/subtract smilies and give code for smilies. If need to, can be done manually where I can add code to a page and upload on backend so you don't need to write much code. Frontend: -Flexible of inserting code into html/php page allowing me to change layout design I deem necessary. -Blog can display smilies, BBCode, and what I wrote in Backend. -Maybe?? Facebook integrated for commenting/like. (Not required if it is too complicated) This website will give you some good idea what I mean when I wanted a category on front and when category is selected, you see blogs for each category. But I don't require Flash. Just something simple. [login to view URL] Remember, I just want a simple blog scripts that require only few pages so it can be processed quickly. I'll probably use a free or cheap webhosting and hold very few images (for category) while using Photobucket and YouTube to host images/videos. Keeping it very simple and not complicated. Please don't try to impress me with big script as I won't be impressed. Thanks!
