I need a PHP code to make responses from custom fields matching responses from a simple form that is only sending responses in my admin email and the DTB, I do not know how to retrieve info from database. (PHPMY ADMIN) and use them as password when asked along the course. My MLS system is Learndash and they embedded custom field in their program so I can ask those questions after each quiz. Actually responses show only as a result in the quiz statistic results. and I have to compare them to the form result sent to my email to manually let them access the exam. This is a request by the DMV and I cannot go without this verification that is totally ridiculous to my opinion since student must be logged in to follow the course...but...what the DMV wants...
