I need a scada PLC logic programmer for HVAC project.

Requirement- 1. Auto Control through a small PLC (Siemens make only - S7-100/200) is required to be provided for Controlling the Air Cond Units (3nos), 2 Cooling Towers, 2 Pumps and Motorized Fir Dampers, and for Control of Makeup Water Line based on the Level Indications. 2. PLC communication will be of Profibus type only. 3. Your PLC should be made to communicate with our PLC system (Siemens Make S7 Type only). 4. PLC to PLC communication Cable (approx. 50 Mtr) will be in your Scope. 5. We require you to arrange for developing the SCADA Page for the system in our Existing system. For any clarification, please feel free to contact undersigned. Comments: 1. Cooling Tower inlet to have a Butterfly Valve for Isolation and also SOV for Auto Operations based on the Working of the Pump. 2. We require the Pressure and Flow Switches for both the Pumps lines for Auto Operations. 3. Automation required for Both the Pumps for Any one operating at All times. 4. Automation required for AC Water Cooling Operations as well based on the AC Operations. 5. Temperature and other sensors as required are to be properly provided and Automation required.
