Hello, I checked Bursary Model file. I figure out what this system needs. First of all, an image processing algorithm is needed for image-to-text processes. Then, user-friendly interface, complicated databases, secure & clear code, lots of cronjobs and optimized algorithm for evaluating and scoring the bursary applicants as you mention in file.
