I have some codes in fortran that needs to be converted in to C language, then some modification in the program is required. The program is currently build for molecular motor with one head stepping on a track and carrying a cargo to some distance until detachment, one more head needs to be introduced instead of tail which is attached to the cargo. The Program involves Monte Carlo modelling.
PS: The tail needs to be removed from the earlier code and instead the already modelled head segment needs to be introduced there with some modification. The segment needs to be identified.
I'm computer engineering TA with 10+ years of experience.
I'm professional programmer with
C-C++ Fortran
I'm using Intel fortran compiler and integrates it with MSVS 2015 also I'm compiling using terminal in ubuntu.
I'm using FORTRAN as a part of PhD thesis in molecular biology with NYU university.
also I instructed before a data structure program implementing doubly linked list via FORTRAN.
My experience in C/C++ is native and covers the following :
1-data structures and algorithms
2- computation theory
3-competitive programming [Dynamic Programming - Greedy - Graph Theory]
4-Computer Graphics [OpenGL]
5-Multimedia [Compression - decompression Algorithms]
Dear Advertiser,
As an expert c++ programmer, I am looking forward to working with you. I have been working on many monte-carlo simulations, so I think I am one of the best candidates you can find.
Choosing me would guarantee you:
- a well organized and clean code
- help and explanation about how the program works
- dynamic workplace - your project will get shipped asap
Feel free to contact me to test my devotion! :)
Cheers,
Adam :)
