Articulate Storyline creatorMain Duties and Responsibilities* Engage in active ongoing research and maintain a high level of knowledge in eLearning best practices* Develop and produce content that meets the needs of the US Learning community (currently Collections, Customer Care, and Fraud)* Routinely measure and report on key metrics to demonstrate successful implementation of eLearning programs* Coordinate special projects and perform additional duties as designed* Risk and Control Objective * Minimum of 5 years of experience designing and developing creative and innovative on-demand, interactive e-learning programs* Demonstrated experience and application of adult learning theory and instructional design principles with a strong focus on eLearning* Experience with a Learning Management System* Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to meet project deadlines with limited supervision; proven ability to manage multiple complex projects/priorities within demanding timetables* Demonstrated experience with e-learning authoring software (Articulate Storyline 2 preferred) including development of storyboards, scripting, recording/editing, publishing of SCORM, and evaluation.* High degree of computer literacy with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).We are startup US based and we have our IT department based in Queretaro city, our offices are currently located in Central Park-
