Need to create a system where in I can create users and enter their mobile numbers and email addresses and then create alerts using a calendar to send specific alerts on tasks to these users via email or sms.
The sms will be sent through an SMS gateway using an API and the email will be sent using an SMTP server.
The tasks/appointment reminders should be able to be setup to send them on a repeated basis (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, etc..) - similar to what one has in google calender or outlook when one setups appointments or tasks.
The interface provided should be clean and clutter free - something like Remember the Milk ([url removed, login to view])

I will need the following done in the project:
1. Admin: Create users and passwords for system access from admin panel. Delete users who no longer exist.
2. Users: Create a list of contacts with email addresses and mobile numbers and also create groups from the contacts.
Schedule appointments/task alerts for either contact/contacts or group/groups using a calendar and set it up to recur based on frequency picked by user - daily, weekly, monthly, hourly, yearly, etc.

Ideally I would like to pay no more that $100-150 for this project.
I will provide the SMS API and my webhost runs on linux with a MySQL database and has the ability to setup cron jobs.
