Job Description:
Manage and Quality Control database of active Real Estate files for accuracy via our online portal software.
Make sure that everything from lead to closing meets quality standards specified in our portal and process.
Monitor, Manage and Administrate file process from Lead to Closing.
Liaison between clients, back office, front office, lenders, attorneys, and buyers.
Reply to emails and voicemails.
Accept or reject finished packages, documents, emails.
Must have reliable internet connection to access company portal system.

Compensation:
$3 USD per hour on 40 hour work week equals $480 monthly base salary with monthly bonus and commission structure based on a production load of 5 deals per day (monthly 20 days) or 100 deals per month that can combine with base salary of $1,500 USD per month to work from home.
