Assist with Project Management

Job Description: Manage and Quality Control database of active Real Estate files for accuracy via our online portal software. Make sure that everything from lead to closing meets quality standards specified in our portal and process. Monitor, Manage and Administrate file process from Lead to Closing. Liaison between clients, back office, front office, lenders, attorneys, and buyers. Reply to emails and voicemails. Accept or reject finished packages, documents, emails. Must have reliable internet connection to access company portal system. ____________________________________________________________ Personal and Professional Characteristics: Must have excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Must have strong mathematical and data analysis skills Must be observant and detail oriented. Must have perfectionist qualities, and be accurate. Must have a logical, methodical approach to your work. Must possess strong critical, analytical and creative thinking skills Must be Systems-oriented. Must have excellent computer skills. Must work well with a team, and possess tact and discretion to point out problems to team members. Great communication skills in order to motivate others to improve the quality of their work, as well as to explain your findings clearly. Proactive, self-motivated and internal drive. ____________________________________________________________ Compensation: $3 USD per hour on 40 hour work week equals $480 monthly base salary with monthly bonus and commission structure based on a production load of 5 deals per day (monthly 20 days) or 100 deals per month that can combine with base salary of $1,500 USD per month to work from home.
