Build me a speech service project converting text to speech -- Hopefully in Joomla

Requirements: I want to build a service of IBM existing Text To Speech Service, and provide it to customers, who first does trial and then paying ones go to PAID session where he could use full service. The text to speech service is for users to input text, click speak and then it generate audio on service, so they could be able to download the audio file. Only difference between Trail and Paid, is that when speak (generate audio), the trail one automatically adds my site's domain before and after the text user types in. e.g. " [login to view URL] Hello my name is Alex [login to view URL]". 0. The TTS functionalities please refer to: [login to view URL] (droplist, input text, speak, reset, play and download) 1. The code has to be written in PHP and be complied as an installable component of Joomla. 2. Two session of Trail and Paid in the component so I can assign them to different menus of Joomla site. ** For those don't know Joomla or don't use PHP but still want do the project Make sure you could make two URL's of Trail and Paid service of TTS, so I find a way to embed the URL to two menus of Joomla.
