Image pre-processing and extracting text with python django

We're developing a system for some medical purposes. We need someone to implement the image pre-processing part of the project with python-django, ocr, pytesseract. The project is about 80% over, and just remaining the image pre-processing part. I am looking forward for highly talented freelancer in this area. What the freelancer has to do is, --> Upload an image to the website --> Extract needed text from the image --> Populate extracted results into output fields for user to check --> Finally need to improve the accuracy of the extracted results The UI is already developed.
