Odoo Developer for Customizing access rights to confidential rights

Task 1) We are using Odoo v8. 2) We have to create 2 check boxes in user form for every user as access group named below: A) Voice Recordings : All Types of Sound Files Access (M4A FLAC. MP3. MP4. WAV. WMA etc..) B) Confidential File Access : Confidential files will have Confidential word in its name. So any file which has (.confidential) word in name is a confidential file."
