Price Prediction Algo - R and/or Tensorflow

Looking to build a model that gives a daily price prediction for 2 stocks using tensorflow and python or R. The two stocks we wish to predict are SQQQ and TQQQ on the NASDAQ. At 10.00pm Sydney time each night I want a direction prediction and a price prediction for both SQQQ & TQQQ. They are 3x leveraged ETFs which are driven by the change in the NASDAQ top 100 stocks. The 100 stocks form the NASDAQ-100 which is an index based on the weighted contribution of each of the 100 stocks market cap (the total value of the number of stocks issued x price) Changes in price and volume of each of the 100 will have a certain effect on the price of SQQQ& TQQQ My hypothesis is that SQQQ and TQQQ are lagging behind the index as they are a few steps removed from the source and the leverage is created by using options, the market takes time to adjust the price of SQQQ and TQQQ to catch up to the underlying stocks. Effectively the change in SQQQ and TQQQ is driven by the index which is driven by the change and volume of 100 stocks prices. Change in price and volume in individual stocks are important predictors of Nasdaq100, other interesting data includes the % of short sales for each stock (this is when speculators bet that the stock is going to drop in price, higher % of short sales indicates the markets feel strongly the stock is going to drop in price) Your job is to predict the next days price and direction for SQQQ and TQQQ I have some partially finished code in R which you are welcome to use, it loads data and performs some ML work We have access to historical data on each of the stocks Regular work improving the model will be available for the successful freelancer who can deliver a working model. Possible profit share available if this turns into a successful partnership.
