Python code that reads score from a tennis match video .mp4 file

I need a python script that processes a video using OpenCV, Tesseract, etc. and outputs data to a json array.
Required data:
- player names
- video timestamp
- match score: read from top to bottom, for example 6-1 1-4 0-15 (0-0 can be left out).
Every time the score changes, a new json entry is added under "match_score", with all the available data
I based the json below on the first three points of the following video: https://youtubemp4.to/video/NlJucDhBdFlJb3cvMTU0OTM1Mzk5MA==. Download the video as .mp4 and process it
