Hi, I am in need of someone with experience with python, who has the ability to swiftly code a program which will be able to read the attached xml file and to parse Entities, Objects, Vehicles to Layer Files (I have attached an example of what is the layer files would look like, the "[login to view URL]" file being used as an input to extract data from which would then be written to the layer files, with the same formatting as the ones attached. This program is needed as I have a number of "[login to view URL]" files which I plan to convert, all of which use the same formatting, so that I am able to use them in CE3. If anyone has any further questions feel free to ask and I welcome new ideas. Many thanks :)

Hello, I have 7+ years of scripting experience in Python 2 and 3. I have successfully developed several large scale apps using Python. I am sure that I can write a Python script (GUI or commandline) to parse the input XML file(s) and produce the desired CE3 layes files.
