Small Project- Python script to read messages from my telegram account

This is small project. I need your help to write a simple python script to read messages from my telegram account using telegram API. 1. Script should continuously crawl/read/listen to the messages from all the channels I subscribed and all the groups I am member of (except 2 bots, where I am admin) NOTE1: Channels and Groups may be of any type (public or private) but script shall read all messages on my account. NOTE2: Messages my contain Text, Images or Non Text. Script shall fetch only text from messages and ignore if it contains image or non text elements 2. Script should continuously crawl/read/listen to the messages only between 9AM to 3PM and quit after 3PM, if I run the script at 8AM it should wait until 9 AM and similarly if I run script at 4 pm it should quit/exit from the script. 4.
